Job description for Ticketing Staff at ATI Business Group
- Compute ticket cost and issue / reissue tickets.
- Ensures target are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree from any major.
- Preferably having a work experience at Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff using GDS system.
- Preferably having experiences in Customer Services role.
- Good written & spoken in English is a must.
- Have a good communication skill and a team player.
- Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
- Fresh Graduate (s) are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir).
