- Handle Inbound telephone calls and Chat of Customers
- Manage customer complaints
- Resolve customer queries

Requirements :
- Education : SMK Tourism Management or equivalent
- Age Maximum 40 years.
- Knowledge : Amadeus, Sabre, and Altea system knowledge is a Must
- Experience : At least 2 year(s) relevant ticketing working experience
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-Time position (Work From Office)
- Have your own working vehicle
- Willing to work in night shifting
