Job Description:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Support professional to support end-to-end testing activities across various projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate testing preparation activities with project stakeholders.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain test artifacts, including test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
  • Ensure all test cases are executed and properly documented.
  • Support testers and business users during SIT, UAT, and other testing phases.
  • Monitor testing progress and follow up on pending activities.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and escalating defects or environment issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain testing documentation and reports to support project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and QA teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Support defect management activities and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Support, QA, UAT Coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly SIT, UAT, and other testing phases.
  • Good knowledge of the testing lifecycle, including Test Preparation, Test Execution, Test Support, and Defect Lifecycle Management.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Experience preparing and maintaining testing documentation, including test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test reports.
  • Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM/QC, or similar platforms.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Developers, QA/Testers, Business Analysts, and business users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
