Job description for Test Lead at PT Code Development Indonesia
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a Test Lead role.
Experience in banking projects, preferably involving core banking, channels, reporting, or data warehouse systems.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management.
Hands-on experience in SIT execution, test coordination, and progress tracking.
Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Experience reviewing test cases and ensuring adequate test coverage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate testing activities and manage QA team members.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Exposure to automation testing tools and practices.
Experience working with large-scale banking transformation or migration projects.
