Job description for Terapis Wicara / Speech Therapist at Enreach Behavioral Services
We are looking for a Terapis Wicara to join our team in 📍 South Jakarta.
Enreach Behavioral Services provides psychological and ABA services for children aged 2–14 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on improving communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based practices.

🗣️ Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Address articulation, oral-motor, and language development challenges (e.g., dyslexia, GLP)
- Provide feeding therapy (e.g., chewing, swallowing, oral-motor skills)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (e.g., behavior therapists, psychologists)
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers
- Attend supervision, training, and team meetings
✅ Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in assessing and treating speech/language disorders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively with children and families
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
