- Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman dalam Bidang Fisioterapi (diutamakan)

- Lulusan D3/D4/S1

- Memiliki STR aktif

- Memiliki pengetahuan mendasar mengenai anatomi

- Mampu mengoperasikan alat-alat terapi

- Memiliki kesehatan jasmani dan rohani yang baik
