Kualifikasi

• Minimal SMA/SMK

• Pengalaman sebagai Racket Stringer minimal 2 tahun

• Berpengalaman melakukan Tennis Racket Stringing

• Menguasai penggunaan mesin stringing

• Memahami tension, string gauge, string pattern, main & cross

• Memahami karakter Polyester, Multifilament & Synthetic Gut

• Teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab & disiplin

• Memiliki kemampuan Quality Control yang baik

• Customer-oriented dan mampu memberikan rekomendasi basic terkait string & tension

• Memiliki kemampuan salesmanship/ menjual produk

Nilai Tambah

• Berpengalaman di tennis store

• Aktif berolahraga tennis.

• Menguasai racket customization.

• Memahami basic racket specification.
