Kami membuka kesempatan magang bagi kamu yang tertarik untuk belajar dan berkembang di bidang administrasi tender dan operasional bisnis. Pada posisi ini, kamu akan membantu proses administrasi tender, mulai dari pengelolaan dokumen, pengecekan kelengkapan persyaratan, hingga mendukung koordinasi agar proses tender berjalan secara efektif dan terorganisir.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Membantu proses pendaftaran dan pembaruan data rekanan/vendor.

• Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen tender serta dokumen perusahaan.

• Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen administrasi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses tender.

• Melakukan input, pembaruan, dan monitoring data tender.

• Membantu penyusunan laporan administrasi dan progres tender.

• Memanfaatkan Microsoft Office dan AI Tools untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja.

Kualifikasi:

Fresh graduate dari jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait.
Mampu melakukan pengelolaan dokumen, pengecekan data, dan administrasi secara rapi dan teliti.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, terutama Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.
Memiliki kemampuan time management dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
Teliti, detail-oriented, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemauan untuk belajar.
