Job description for Tender Admin at PT. Infosys Solusi Terpadu

Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola administrasi dan dokumentasi tender/proyek secara lengkap dan terstruktur.

Menyiapkan, mengumpulkan, dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen penawaran sesuai persyaratan klien.

Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Sales, Presales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, dan pihak terkait lainnya.

Memantau jadwal tender, proses submission, klarifikasi, hingga hasil evaluasi.

Menyusun laporan status tender dan progress proyek secara berkala.

Mengelola database dokumen perusahaan, kontrak, sertifikasi, dan referensi proyek.

Menyiapkan Minutes of Meeting (MoM), surat-menyurat, dan dokumen administratif lainnya.

Memastikan seluruh dokumen tersimpan dan terdokumentasi sesuai standar perusahaan dan kebutuhan audit.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Project Admin, Bid Management Admin, Tender Admin, PMO Admin, atau posisi administratif terkait.

Berpengalaman menangani proses tender dan administrasi proyek, khususnya pada sektor Perbankan, BUMN, TNI atau Pemerintahan.

Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel, Word, dan PowerPoint.

Memiliki kemampuan administrasi, dokumentasi, dan koordinasi yang sangat baik.

Teliti, detail-oriented, mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Memahami proses pengadaan/tender dan pengelolaan dokumen proyek menjadi nilai tambah.
