Job description for Tender Admin at PT DISTRIBUTOR KOMPONEN UTAMA
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum *3 years of experience* as a Tender Administrator, Bid Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or similar role in the *Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or Industrial* sector.
* Strong understanding of the tendering process for government and private sector projects.
* Experience with tender portals such as *SAP Ariba, SMART by GEP, PTK 007*, or other e-procurement systems is an advantage.
* Familiar with preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
* Good understanding of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly *Excel, Word, and PowerPoint*.
* Good command of both written and spoken English.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
