Job description for Tenant Scouting at TEAMUP

Kualifikasi:

Aktif dan komunikatif.
Suka berinteraksi dan menjalin relasi dengan UMKM maupun brand.
Memiliki jaringan UMKM, F&B, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, atau komunitas menjadi nilai plus.
Aktif menggunakan Instagram, WhatsApp, dan media sosial lainnya.
Mampu bekerja dengan target.
Berpengalaman di bidang sales, marketing, atau event menjadi nilai tambah.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mencari tenant UMKM dan brand yang sesuai dengan kategori GROVE Weekend Market.
Menghubungi dan menawarkan kesempatan berpartisipasi di event.
Melakukan follow up hingga tenant melakukan pendaftaran.
Memberikan update progress kepada tim GROVE.
Incharge pada saat Hari H acara (Weekend)

Fee sebesar 10% dari total nilai tenant yang berhasil diperoleh dan resmi bergabung dalam event.
