Job description for Tenant Relation at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Penanganan komplain dari tenant
2. Penagihan biaya maintenance fee secara berkala
3. Penagihan biaya maintenance fee untuk keterlambatan pembayaran
4. Rekap data tagihan maintenance fee
5. Penerbitan surat peringatan untuk tenant
6. Pembuatan surat kebijakan maintenance fee
Kualifikasi :
1. Pendidikan minimal S1
2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
3. Kemampuan administrasi yang baik
4. Menguasai Ms. Office, terutama Word dan Excel
5. Mampu menangani tenant dengan baik
6. Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikande, Banten
