Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience as Tenant Relation, Customer Service, or Front Desk (Apartment, Property, or Hotel industry preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem solving
- Proficient in handling tenant inquiries, complaints, move-in/move-out processes, and administrative duties
- Great communication skills & polite demeanor (fluent in English is a plus)
