Tenant Relation Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Coordinate with related departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, etc.) to resolve tenant issues.
• Ensure all tenant requests are followed up in accordance with the established SLA.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to tenant relation activities.
• Document all complaints and their resolutions.
• Conduct regular tenant visits to maintain good relationships.
• Monitor the condition of tenant units/areas.
• Build positive communication to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality or Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Tenant Relations, or Property Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complaints effectively (problem-solving skills).
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut.
