Job description for Tenant Design Coordinator at PT Bahana Aman Sejahtera
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail/mall fit-out, architecture, interior design, or construction.
- Experience in shopping mall or commercial property is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, building materials, and basic MEP.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with tenants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and mall departments throughout the fit-out process.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure construction complies with approved drawings and mall requirements.
- Review architectural, interior, facade, signage, and relevant technical drawings.
- Monitor design approval, fit-out progress, and ensure timely resolution of design/technical issues.
- Maintain tenant design documentation, approval records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
