Currently we are looking for a:
TTK (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian)
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications in accordance with applicable regulations and clinic procedures.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including receiving, storing, monitoring stock levels, and checking expiration dates.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of pharmaceutical transactions and medication usage.
- Support medication preparation and administration processes while maintaining accuracy and patient safety.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance of the pharmacy area with healthcare and safety standards.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions or medication errors to the pharmacist.
- Support vaccination and medical check-up services by preparing pharmaceutical supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), government regulations, and clinic policies related to pharmaceutical services.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, and clinical staff to support smooth daily clinic operations.
- Record all dispensing transactions carefully and accurately.
- Prepare and manage pharmacy documents and administration both manually and electronically in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure that pharmacy services provided meet established quality standards.
- Follow existing procedures to ensure the safety and efficacy of medication use.
- Interact with medical and paramedical teams to provide necessary support in patient care.
- Participate in team meetings for coordination and process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
- Hold a valid STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian).
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience as a TTK in a clinic, hospital, or pharmacy (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Possess a good understanding of pharmaceutical services, medication handling, and inventory management.
- Familiar with healthcare regulations, SOP, and pharmacy compliance standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with patients and medical teams
- Detail-oriented and precise in dispensing tasks
- Possesses good knowledge of medications, dosages, side effects, and drug interactions
- Able to operate pharmacy software (if required)
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Responsible and trustworthy in performing duties
- Willing to work full-time and be placed in DKI Jakarta.
