Persyaratan Umum:

Terbuka untuk lulusan D3 dan S1 Farmasi
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di apotik / klinik / rumah sakit
Memiliki kartu keanggotaan PAFI Jakarta
Mempunyai STRTTK yang masih berlaku
Jujur, professional, cekatan, dan teliti
Dapat bekerja mandiri maupun team
Untuk penempatan di Jakarta Barat (domisili Jakarta Barat diutamakan)

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meracik dan melayani pembelian obat kepada pasien
Melayani pembayaran transaksi obat
Memberikan informasi mengenai pemakaian obat kepada pasien
Melakukan stok opname
Membuat laporan mingguan
Melayani pembelian pesanan online dan offline
Bekerja sesuai SOP yang berlaku
