Job description for Temporary Accounts Assistant (2 months contract) at Watson's Personal Care Stores Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties e.g. sorting and packing of banks/malls vouchers, recording details into Excel
- Performing data entry
- Prepare bank reconciliation / balance sheet schedule
- Other administrative duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Min 'O' Levels & above
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (eg: Pivot table and V-lookup functions)
- Must be able to start work immediately and commit till end of December 2022
