Key Responbilities:
- Proactively handle and follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, and digital channels
- Guide users seamlessly through the pipeline Sign Up ➡️ Draft ➡️ SME Report
- Understand customer needs and challenges, explain product benefits, and assist customers in overcoming obstacles throughout the usage process.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections persuasively to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct personalized follow-ups based on customer status, progress, and interaction history.
- Offer relevant promotions or vouchers to encourage customers to proceed with the process.
- Accurately update customer data, lead status, communication history, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead progress and prioritize follow-up activities based on conversion potential.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering follow-up activities, customer responses, and conversion achievements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are followed up on and resolved.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 with experience in Customer Service or Customer Support fields
- Experience in telesales with specific sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and/or WhatsApp Business.
- Experience in MSMEs, financing institutions, banking, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and consistent in following up with leads to drive conversion.
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify challenges, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented and experienced in managing data using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other data-processing formulas.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer data and interaction histories.
- Strong problem-solving skills, discipline, and a sense of responsibility for achieving work targets.
