Sebagai Telesales, Anda akan berperan penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis melalui proses akuisisi dan retensi pelanggan. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan, membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan calon pelanggan, serta memastikan pelanggan eksisting terus mendapatkan solusi terbaik sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan melalui proses akuisisi pelanggan baru, mulai dari pengumpulan dan pengolahan data prospek dari berbagai sumber (internet, referensi, database, dll).
  • Melakukan pendekatan melalui telepon, presentasi produk, hingga proses negosiasi dan closing.
  • Mempertahankan pelanggan eksisting agar tetap menggunakan layanan setelah masa berlangganan berakhir melalui aktivitas monitoring, follow-up, edukasi terkait produk terbaru, serta proses negosiasi perpanjangan kontrak.
  • Melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan aktivitas serta hasil penjualan secara berkala melalui sistem pelaporan internal kepada atasan langsung.

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Telesales / Telemarketing / Sales Outbound Call minimal 1 Tahun.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) dan Google Suites (Spreadsheet).
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam penjualan produk berbasis digital menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki Kemampuan Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Negosiasi, dan Komunikasi yang Baik.
  • Berdomisili di Kota Malang atau sekitarnya.
