Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's software and IT solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Generate and qualify sales leads, then follow up to convert opportunities into sales
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare and deliver product information, quotations, and sales proposals
