Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan panggilan keluar (outbound calls) kepada calon pelanggan menggunakan daftar kontak yang telah disediakan.

• Menjelaskan fitur dan manfaat produk kepada calon pelanggan.

• Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara ramah dan profesional untuk membangun kepercayaan serta meningkatkan minat terhadap produk yang ditawarkan.

• Menangani pertanyaan, keberatan, atau kekhawatiran pelanggan dengan memberikan informasi dan solusi yang tepat.

• Membimbing pelanggan dalam proses melakukan transaksi pertama agar berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan pengalaman yang positif.

• Mencatat dan memperbarui seluruh interaksi dengan pelanggan secara akurat di dalam sistem CRM.

• Mencapai atau melampaui target mingguan dan bulanan terkait jumlah panggilan, perolehan prospek (lead), serta tingkat konversi.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal SMK/SMA - Sarjana (S1) dari semua jurusan dengan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai telemarketer atau telesales.

• Mampu berbicara dan menulis dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan lancar (wajib).

• Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan tools Customer Relationship Management (CRM) serta memahami strategi cold calling yang efektif.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang jelas, persuasif, dan meyakinkan kepada calon pelanggan.

• Bersedia untuk bekerja dan ditempatkan di kantor Yogyakarta.
