Job description for Telesales / Retention Staff at via.com

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and onboard new agents, encouraging first transactions.
  • Achieve KPIs for activations, transactions, and engagement.
  • Monitor inactive agents and drive reactivation through calls and offers.
  • Maintain agent relationships and promote loyalty programs.
  • Update CRM with accurate records and report performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve agent experience.
  • Prioritize high-potential leads based on behavior or campaign engagement.
  • Support telesales campaigns and product launch activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in telesales, retention, or customer support.
  • Strong sales mindset, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Kapture).
  • Background in Travel, E-Commerce, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or SaaS preferred.
  • Willing to WFO and in rotation at Jakarta Pusat
