Job description for Senior Sales Manager at Ekiwi
- Building procedures/policies for sales team to ensure sales KPIs achievement;
- Setting KPIs for team to reach the targets;
- Creating appropriate call scripts/sales promotions to attract customers for selling;
- Analysing sales data to improve processes and ensure resources are properly allocated, maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operation performance;
- Monitor Revenue, AR (approve rate for Business Partner) and CV (Conversation Rate). The candidate also needs to make sure that the team will have a good selling quality to optimize Delivery rate;
- Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded;
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying coaching needs and planning coaching sessions;
- Supporting subordinates to solve difficult issues and giving suitable directions;
- Proposing staff changes in assigned areas, including the hiring, promotion, demotion, and release of staff;
- Evaluating staffs KPIs every 6 months;
- Motivating and retaining staff;
- Making daily reports to Indo Associate Director, COO & CEO Group.
- Graduated from college at least;
- Must be good in English, especially in communication;
- Young, dynamic, professional and fast action, prefer
- the candidate will lead 150 agents, 3 Asst. Manager, 12 Supervisor, 3 Team Leader;
- we will work closely with global business partner that support our daily leads (for Health Care and cosmetics products);
- Strong in coaching & leadership skills;
- Good analyse think, reporting skills and figure oriented;
- Ready to work in a start-up environment and have experience using systems to manage teams.
