Telesales Executive — Be the First Voice of Smartven
Every big deal starts with someone picking up the phone and asking the right question. That someone is you. This isn't a script-reading job — it's an intelligence-gathering job, and the best people in this role end up promoted fast.
MISSION OF THE ROLE
You make first contact with future operators and partner institutions on behalf of Smartven. Your job isn't just to pitch — it's to find the right person to talk to, ask sharp questions, and capture what you learn so our Account Executives can close with precision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Call from a target list every day — professionals exploring a side business, and businesses/institutions worth partnering with.
• Find the right person to speak to (not just whoever answers), and ask specific questions about their needs, budget, and timing.
• Record everything accurately in CRM — this data is what makes or breaks the whole sales process downstream.
• Hit daily and weekly call and qualification targets.
• Follow the script and process, and flag what isn't working so it can be improved.
EXPERIENCE THAT FITS THIS ROLE
• You've worked as a telemarketer, SPG/SPB, or outbound call center agent with daily targets.
• You've done any job requiring you to talk to strangers on the phone or in person and ask them structured questions.
• You're comfortable with rejection — you don't take a "no" personally and you're ready for the next call.
• No specific industry background required — we care more about discipline and resilience than your resume.
YOU'RE NOT IT IF
• You get discouraged easily after a string of rejections.
