What You Will Need
• Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Lead Generation, or other related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Have the ability to do consultative selling
What You Will Do
• Manage and maintain prospective customer and account databases.
• Conduct account profiling and qualification to identify business opportunities.
• Perform initial outreach and engagement with prospective clients.
• Research target companies, industries, and decision makers.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between prospects and sales teams.
• Monitor and update account pipeline and sales activities.
• Support the sales team in preparing account information and opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and ensure smooth handover to Account Executive
• Prepare regular reports on account development and lead generation activities.
