Job description for Telemarketing at Runchise

Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, a political talking point, or charity appeal to persuade potential customers
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Maintaining records of customer contacts  information accurately in a computer system
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Following up on previous customers for potential sales
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
