- Melakukan penawaran tentang produk penerbitan buku kepada calon penulis melalui telephone
- Memberikan pelayanan extra dan mengawal serta mendampingi proses penerbitan buku milik penulis hingga tuntas
- Aktif menjawab pertanyaan calon penulis dan penulis yang masuk melalui WA, Telepon maupun Email
- Aktif menjalin kerjasama penerbitan baik kepada perseorangan penulis, institusi, maupun organisasi/komunitas.
