Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Contact Center Sales (Property, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Fintech, B2C Sales).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 telemarketing agents.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Experience in building and developing telemarketing teams from the ground up is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and monitor daily team performance and productivity to achieve sales targets
• Ensure quality customer interactions and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and support the team in closing sales.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
