ABOUT THE JOB
CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for a motivated Telemarketing Staff to generate qualified leads, engage prospective customers, and support business growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Schedule appointments or hand over qualified prospects to the Sales
Executive
• Present company services and answer customer inquiries
• Close sales opportunities when applicable
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales, preferably in a service-based
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear and confident speaking voice
• Target-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiar with CRM or sales database systems is a plus
