Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan penawaran cold calling kepada calon konsumen secara rutin melalui telepon
- Membantu dalam tugas administrasi sales
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer lama dan mencari customer baru
- Membantu sales agar mencapai target sales dan grup
- Melakukan analisa dan survey terhadap produk yang dibutuhkan customer
- Mengembangkan strategi penjualan & pembukaan pasar baru
- Mendokumentasikan, membuat report, dan melaporkan kinerja rutin
Kualifikasi:
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Minimal lulusan S1
- Wajib berpengalaman sebagai telemarketing/telesales minimal 2 tahun
- Target oriented
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi & penawaran yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman di marketing B2B lebih diutamakan
- Penempatan: Surabaya
