Caroline.id adalah unit bisnis dari PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (bagian dari Triputra Group), merupakan sebuah platform jual beli mobil bekas yang beroperasi secara online hingga offline. Saat ini Caroline.id hadir dengan 18 showroom yang berlokasi di Jabodetabek dan Bandung.

Job Descriptions

Handle Voice of Customer masuk dari media digital.
Melakukan pemasaran & promosi unit kepada customer melalui media digital.
Rekap dan reporting database customer yang melakukan jual-beli unit mobil.
Membuat estimasi hitungan harga kredit kepada customer.
Negosiasi dan dealing penjualan mobil.
Koordinasi dengan tim sales cabang terkait prospek customer.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate SMK/D3/S1 dari jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi/Marketing/yang setara.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service/Contact Center/Telesales/ Telemarketing (Plus).
Memiliki computer & social media literacy.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang baik.
Memiliki dedikasi dan integritas yang baik.
Bersedia bekerja shifting dengan penempatan di Caroline Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan

Looking at its history, in mid-2014 AUTOPEDIA established the BidWincar auction located in Jakarta. This automotive auction continues to grow with locations spread across several cities in Indonesia and the number of cars and motorcycles being auctioned continues to increase. With increasingly rapid growth in 2019, AUTOPEDIA acquired 51 percent of JBA's shares, making it one of the major players in Indonesia's vehicle auction business. Bidwinmerged with JBA under the flag name JBA (JBA BidWinAuction).

Aside from JBA, AUTOPEDIA launched a car buying and selling website called CAROLINE (www.caroline.id) in 2019. End users can buy and sell vehicles more easily and safely through this website. All traded vehicles will be subjected to a thorough inspection, transparent pricing, and insurance protection.

In the same year, AUTOPEDIA launched CARTALOG (www.cartalog.id). CARTALOG provides vehicle pricing information gathered from a network of car dealers, auctions, end users, insurance, and leasing companies. To perform an accurate price range analysis, the data is processed using AI.
