FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING IS MANDATORY
Starting Salary: IDR 7,000,000 - IDR 10,000,000/month
Marketing Intelligence Agency, a subsidiary of PT Mitra Inti Antarbangsa, is hiring Tele Qualifier Agents to communicate with international prospects through outbound calls.
This is a marketing agency position focused on telemarketing and lead qualification.
***RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make outbound calls to international prospects.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
***REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident speaking English on the phone.
- Comfortable communicating with international prospects.
- Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus.
- Male and female candidates are welcome.
- Preferred domicile: JABODETABEK.
- Candidates outside JABODETABEK are welcome if willing to relocate.
- Willing to work according to international working schedules.
***ENGLISH QUALIFICATION
Candidates who pass the initial screening will take an on-site TOEFL test.
Minimum TOEFL score: 570
