Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales leads provided by the company.
- Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and payment methods to customers.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
