- Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
- Mengerti kelistrikan
Uraian Tugas
- Membangun dan memperbaiki struktur bangunan.
- Melakukan pengecoran beton dan pekerjaan dasar lainnya.
- Melakukan pekerjaan pengelasan.
- Menyelesaikan pekerjaan finishing pengecatan dan pemasangan lantai.
- Mengerti perawatan bangunan seperti mengatasi kebocoran, saluran mampet,mengecat dll
