Secara rutin akan mendapat kesempatan Tour of Duty di Hotel & Restaurant di Sleman, Yogyakarta, Payangan Gianyar, Candidasa, Tulamben Karangasem.
Kandidat akan mendapatkan 3 management skill:
1. Skill mengatur diri sendiri sebagai Calon Pimpinan Proyek & diberi kesempatan untuk mengelola Pembuatan/ Renovasi Hotel dan Villa yang pada beberapa property terdapat Cafe/ Restaurant dengan sistem Gaji Pokook dan Bonusl.
2. Skill mengatur bawahan/ anak buah. Dalam waktu kurang dari 2 tahun telah menjadi Project Manager/ Villa Manager.
3. Skill mengelola asset perusahaan dengan bergabung di Super Team dengan aset 10 Hotel & 3 Restaurant yang berada di Yogyakarta, Sleman, Bali dan Menyusul Borobudur.
Kualifikasi :
1. Wajib memiliki etika, kepribadian, dan etos kerja yang baik
2. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
3. Bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan
Kandidat akan mendapatkan pengetahuan yang sangat berharga. Belajar banyak hal diwaktu yang singkat.
Bagi yang berbakat, bisa menjadi Project Manager/ Villa Manager/ Hotel Manager dalam waktu yang singkat di ke 10 property kami.
