Lokasi: Kutai Kartanegara, Kembang Janggut

Industri: Electric Vehicle (EV) & Operasional Tambang

Kami mencari Senior EV Technician yang akan memimpin operasi teknis di Berau. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengawasi tim teknisi serta berperan sebagai Koordinator Lapangan untuk seluruh aktivitas EV di site, termasuk maintenance, troubleshooting, dan memastikan kesiapan armada.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Memimpin dan mengawasi tim teknisi di lapangan.

2. Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan harian terkait maintenance dan troubleshooting EV.

3. Memastikan ketersediaan, keselamatan, dan performa armada di lingkungan tambang.

4. Memberikan bimbingan teknis, dukungan, dan penyelesaian masalah di lapangan.

5. Melaporkan isu lapangan, progres maintenance, dan kebutuhan operasional kepada tim pusat.

Kualifikasi

- Minimal 10 tahun pengalaman menangani alat berat atau kendaraan tambang.

- Memiliki kemampuan teknis kuat dalam maintenance, perbaikan, dan diagnostik.

- Berpengalaman memimpin atau mengawasi tim teknis.

- Bertempat tinggal di Berau.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
