Job description for Teknisi Sanitary at Wisma Sehati

Job Description

• Memiliki pemahaman yg baik tentang instalasi listrik, lampu, pipa, AC, mesin STP, CCTV, genset, lift & eskalator.

• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai teknisi Gedung perkantoran/apartemen/mall/gedung bertingkat lainnya.

• Mampu melakukan analisis dan menghitung stok peralatan maintenance.

• Memiliki pengalaman & pengetahuan di bidang plumbing, arus listrik, dan Sanitary.

• Mengerti perbaikan dan perawatan juga pemasangan plumbing, arus listrik, dan Sanitary.

• Kemampuan untuk membaca dan memahami manual teknis, cetak biru, dan skema.

Requirement

• Laki-laki usia 20 – 35 tahun

• Minimal SMK / Diploma Teknik Elektrikal / Teknik Mekanikal / Teknik Sipil.

• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang yang sama.

• Rajin, jujur, gesit dan pekerja keras.

• Dapat bekerja dalam team.

• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis.

• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mengambil keputusan cepat dalam situasi darurat.

• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang berlaku.

• Bersedia bekerja di lapangan
