Job description for Teknisi Perbaikan HVAC at Matana University

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Melakukan pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan perawatan rutin pada sistem HVAC di seluruh kampus
Memantau dan mendiagnosis masalah pada sistem HVAC, serta mengambil tindakan korektif yang diperlukan
Memastikan semua sistem HVAC beroperasi dengan aman dan efisien sesuai spesifikasi
Mengembangkan dan menerapkan prosedur operasi standar untuk memastikan keandalan sistem
Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan lainnya untuk memastikan integrasi yang lancar
Mencatat semua pekerjaan yang dilakukan dan membuat laporan berkala

Kualifikasi

S1 atau sertifikat dalam bidang Teknik Elektro/Elektronik
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Teknisi HVAC
Kemampuan membaca dan memahami skema, diagram, dan spesifikasi teknis
Keterampilan troubleshooting dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat
Pengetahuan tentang peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan yang berlaku
Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan pemangku kepentingan
