Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Kelistrikan Kapal.

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Electrical Technician di atas kapal.

Pengalaman di kapal Tugboat atau AHTS.

Memahami dan menguasai sistem kelistrikan kapal.

Mampu membaca dan memahami diagram kelistrikan (wiring diagram/schematic).

Mampu melakukan troubleshooting, perbaikan, dan instalasi sistem kelistrikan kapal.

Memahami sistem kontrol otomatis.

Terbiasa bekerja dengan alat ukur listrik
