Job Desk – FTTH IKR

- Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan instalasi kabel rumah sesuai dengan standar perusahaan

- Melakukan pemasangan kabel dengan rapi dan sesuai dengan desain yang telah ditentukan

- Memastikan koneksi kabel rumah berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak ada gangguan

- Menyusun rencana instalasi kabel rumah dengan baik sebelum melakukan pekerjaan

- Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap kabel yang telah dipasang untuk memastikan kualitasnya

- Memberikan laporan secara berkala kepada atasan mengenai progres pemasangan kabel rumah

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknisi lainnya untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara efisien

- Memastikan keamanan dan kenyamanan pelanggan selama proses instalasi kabel rumah

- Memberikan solusi terbaik dalam penanganan masalah yang timbul selama instalasi kabel rumah

- Menjaga citra perusahaan dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan

- Meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan teknis dalam bidang instalasi kabel rumah

- Mematuhi semua peraturan dan kebijakan perusahaan dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai teknisi IKR

- Membantu pelanggan dalam hal penggunaan dan perawatan kabel rumah setelah instalasi selesai

- Memahami sistem jaringan FTTH

- Siap untuk bekerja dalam tekanan dan deadline yang ketat

- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja selama proses instalasi kabel rumah.
