Job description for Teknisi Gedung (Maintenance Office) at Otoproject Group

Jobdesc:

- Melakukan instalasi, perbaikan, dan perawatan fasilitas gedung

- Melakukan pekerjaan bangunan seperti aci, nembok, plester, pasang keramik, dan pengecatan

- Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai standar kualitas dan SOP

- Melaporkan hasil kerja harian dan dokumentasi perbaikan

- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja, keamanan, dan etika saat bertugas

- Berkoordinasi dengan supervisor terkait jadwal dan kendala teknis

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal SMK/sederajat

- Paham sistem elektrikal dan maintenance gedung

- Pengalaman teknisi gedung menjadi nilai tambah

- Mampu bekerja mandiri dan responsif terhadap masalah teknis

- Disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab

- Bersedia mobile dan siap kerja lapangan

- Memiliki SIM C/A lebih disukai
