Job Description:

We are seeking a talented CAD Specialist to join our dynamic fashion design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) specifically tailored for the fashion industry, with a focus on pattern making. This role will involve creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and patterns that align with our designers' visions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize CAD software to develop and refine patterns for garments, ensuring accuracy and precision.

- Collaborate closely with fashion designers to interpret their concepts and translate them into digital patterns.

- Conduct fittings and adjustments based on prototypes, making necessary modifications to patterns for optimal fit and style.

- Maintain an organized library of digital patterns and technical specifications for easy access and reference.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology to continually improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software specifically for fashion design (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, or similar).

- Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern making techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
