- Minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Elektro/ Elektronika

- Memahami dasar perbaikan produk elektronik

- Mampu menggunakan alat ukur (multimeter,dll)

- Terbiasa troubleshooting & analisa kerusakan

- Teliti, cekatan, dan bertanggung jawab

- Melakukan perbaikan & maintenance produk elektronik

- Analisa kerusakan& memberikan solusi teknis

- Menangani komplain customer terkait produk

- Membuat laporan hasil servis
