Job Desk Teknisi AC Presisi (PAC) untuk Data Center

Teknisi PAC (Precision Air Conditioning) di data center bertugas menjaga suhu dan kelembapan ruangan server agar tetap stabil sesuai standar operasional perangkat IT. Posisi ini sangat penting karena overheating dapat menyebabkan gangguan bahkan downtime server.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Melakukan preventive maintenance pada unit PAC/CRAC secara berkala.

Memastikan suhu dan humidity ruang data center sesuai standar.

Monitoring parameter unit PAC seperti:

Temperatur supply dan return,Humidity,Pressure refrigerant,Arus dan tegangan listrik,Kondisi compressor dan fan

Melakukan pengecekan:Compressor,Condenser,Evaporator,Expansion valve,Humidifier,Filter udara

Membersihkan filter, coil evaporator, dan condenser.

Menangani troubleshooting alarm dan kerusakan unit PAC.

Melakukan pengisian refrigerant jika diperlukan.

Memastikan airflow di ruang server berjalan optimal.

Melakukan pengecekan kebocoran refrigerant.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim facility, electrical, dan NOC saat ada pekerjaan maintenance.

Membuat laporan maintenance harian dan checklist inspection.

Melakukan standby/on-call apabila terjadi gangguan pendinginan.

Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai SOP, standar data center, dan prosedur K3.

Skill yang Dibutuhkan

Memahami sistem HVAC dan Precision Cooling.

Mengerti siklus refrigerasi.

Memahami sistem kontrol temperatur dan humidity.

Mampu membaca wiring diagram dan pressure chart.

Menguasai penggunaan alat:Manifold gauge,Clamp meter,Thermometer digital,Vacuum pump,Leak detector

Memahami dasar kelistrikan AC.

Memahami airflow management data center.

Kualifikasi Umum

Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Pendingin, Elektro, atau Mesin.

Pengalaman menangani PAC/CRAC/HVAC lebih disukai.

Pengalaman di data center menjadi nilai tambah.

Bersedia bekerja shift.

Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting yang baik.

Memahami standar keselamatan kerja (K3).
