The Loud minority mempunya anak perusahaan dibidang jasa service dan instalasi ac yang bernama PT. Panas Gile Indonesia.

Penempatan di Cabang Bandung

Kualifikasi :

Pria
Minimal SMP
Pengalaman menjadi teknisi AC selama 1 - 2 Tahun (Pernah bekerja di DAIKIN menjadi nilai tambahan).
Sangat mahir untuk Service AC, Instalasi AC secara keseluruhan.
Sertifikat teknisi AC/refrigerasi (Menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi, jujur, dan loyalitas kerja yang tinggi.

Jobdesk :

Memasang unit AC (split, cassette, central, dll.)
Membersihkan filter, evaporator, dan kondensor.
Memperbaiki komponen seperti kompresor, fan, atau PCB.
Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atau penggantian unit.
Memberikan penjelasan penggunaan AC.

Benefit : Uang Transport, Uang Makan, Motor Operasional, Mess karyawan. Isentif 5% untuk Helper, 10% untuk Teknisi per SPK
