Responsibilities
- Research, test, and publish applications on the CloudRaya Marketplace
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on software engineering best practices
- Write, edit, and update technical documentation for CloudRaya products, including user guides, API references, and developer documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to gather technical information and ensure accurate documentation
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date with product updates and industry standards
- Assist in creating technical blog posts, tutorials, and other educational materials
Requirements
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably from IT fields
- Proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic understanding of Linux and Shell scripting
- Strong technical writing and copywriting skills
- Ability to work closely with developers and product managers to translate technical details into easy-to-understand documentation
- Experience with documentation tools, version control, and markdown is a plus
