Job description for Technical Writer at PUSAT PENDAFTARAN HAJI UMROH (PPHU) Cabang Bogor
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in IT, Infrastructure, or Application projects.
- Experienced in creating technical documentation such as SOP, User Guide, Technical Manual, API Documentation, and Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Experience preparing KAK, TOR, SLA, and other project documentation is a plus.
- Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, Visio, and draw.io.
- Familiar with documentation repositories and version control tools such as SharePoint or Git.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to create technical diagrams, flowcharts, and architecture documentation.
- Willing to Full WFO and Project Based Contract 3 Months
