Job description for Technical Writer at Pt Boer Technology

Persyaratan Teknis 

Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik, Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Technical Writer atau posisi serupa
Mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan berbagai jenis dokumentasi teknis, seperti: User Manual, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), Installation Guide, API Documentation, Technical Specification
Memiliki kemampuan menulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar serta mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris teknis, baik membaca maupun menulis.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams).
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan alat dokumentasi (nilai tambah), seperti: Confluence & Notion
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi, seperti Business Analyst, Developer, QA, Engineer maupun Product Owner.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memberikan support kepada tim dalam hal pendokumentasian dan perapihan hasil testing sesuai ketentuan ISO 29119 yang sudah diimplementasikan.
Membantu tester untuk mereview dokumen ISO 29119 sebelum direview tim QSL.
Membantu tester untuk pembuatan dokumen NCM di iRIS.
Membantu pembuatan undangan UAT ke tim-tim terkait dan menyiapkan/booking ruangan atau menyiapkan rooms teams jika dilakukan online.
Membantu pembuatan dokumen-dokumen pendukung lainnya yang dibutuhkan tim, seperti dokumen pengadaan, manual book jika dibutuhkan, nota dinas, ijin prinsip, dan lain-lain
Melakukan absensi internal tim secara daily dan recap weekly atau monthly sesuai kebutuhan.
