Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience creating business and API documentation, user manuals, SOPs, system documentation, or technical specifications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or Git.
- Basic understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and SDLC.
- Experience in banking is a good plus.
